I am proud to announce a new chapter for ORKCA, marked by a transition in leadership.
Nabot Mbeeli, ORKCA’s current COO, is now stepping into the role of CEO. The board and management team are delighted and inspired by the fresh energy Nabot brings to the organization.
On a personal note, I feel honoured to hand over this role to Nabot. His extensive experience, strong connections in the field, and deep dedication to Southern Namibia align perfectly with what ORKCA needs at this time on the journey. I look forward to continuing to work closely alongside Nabot as I step into my new role as Co-Founder & Managing Director of Philanthropy.
Our transition has been seamless, and both Nabot and I feel empowered and inspired as we embrace our new roles. Together, we are committed to driving ORKCA’s mission forward and building on the foundation the whole team has established.
